Lentil Chutney

Green Gram- 1/2 cup
Dried Red Chili-1
Oil- 2 tsp
Coconut- 2 tbsp- optional
Salt- to taste

1. Heat pan, add oil and fry the Green Gram and Red Chili.
2. Grind all the ingredients (including the fried green gram and red chili) with a little water into a coarse paste. Serve.
